The kitchen, in black and terracotta colors, has a folding dining table covered with the same material and a small brick counter to be used as a snack cupboard supplied with a bench, which is covered with ash wood.

The central corridor also opens to a closet-dressing room overlooking a verandah supplied with the technological services of the house (hot-water heater, washing machine, two sinks to wash underwear and a further frying corner).

Technological services are completed by a solar panel system to heat the water in the three bathrooms, which can supply hot water for eight months per year. Interior door and window frames are in green-pigmented ash wood, while the exterior ones are in anticorodal with double glazing “Climalit”.

In the whole apartment there is a heating and cooling air conditioner and a wired wireless system.
