Our property is 300 square meters of indoor space plus 70 square meters of pergolas with canopies, gazebo with 2 barbecues and small coffe bar, closed external tools, and about 1000 square meters of terraces, flower beds, orchard with 23 trees and two collars white and black table grapes and, partially covered, enclosed parking for seven parking spaces, paved with lava stone with sensors ignition. The structure, located in the town of Leni at about 180 meters above sea level and 900 meters walk from the sea of ​​Rinella, dates from the late eighteenth century. Built as a warehouse floor for the sale and storage of barrels of Malvasia and red and white wine, whose family was Pittorino producer, it, then, already in 1828, has enjoyed the raising of the 1st floor, home has of one the first "Masters Maritime" in the history of seafaring island, precisely master Giuseppe Pittorino, great-grandfather of the current owner.

DESCRIZIONE PER VENDITA CASA SALINA

 

La ns proprietà è di mq 300 di spazio coperto oltre a mq 70 di pergolati con tettoie, gazebo con 2 barbecues e piccolo bar, sgabuzzini esterni per attrezzi, e di circa mq 1000 tra terrazzamenti, aiuole, frutteto con 23 alberi e due spalliere di uva bianca e nera da tavola e parcheggio recintato e semicoperto per sette posti macchina,lastricato a pietra lavica con sensori di accensione. La struttura, posta nel Comune di Leni a circa 180 mt sul livello del mare e a 900 mt a piedi dal mare di Rinella, risale alla fine del XVIII° secolo. Sorta come magazzino a piano terra per la vendita e la conservazione delle botti di malvasia e vino bianco e rosso, di cui la famiglia Pittorino era produttrice, ha, poi, già nel 1828, goduto della sopraelevazione del 1° piano, dimora di uno del primi “Padroni Marittimi” della storia della marineria isolana, per l’appunto padron Giuseppe Pittorino, bisnonno dell’attuale proprietario.

L’immobile è stato oggetto di un accurato intervento di restauro sia all’esterno nel giardino e  sulla facciata anteriore, nel 1983 ed ancora nel 2009, sia all’interno. Grazie a detto ripristino esso è stato suddiviso in 3 appartamenti con ingressi indipendenti con metrature a partire dai 40 mq ai 120 mq. Mobili dell’800 arredano il primo piano, soffitti affrescati a olio e tempera illuminano le volte di 4/5 mt di altezza. Il piano terra anch’esso dotato di soffitti alti è,invece, arredato con mobili rustici piu’ semplici in stile eoliano.
