The finishing are of first choice with a flooring in waxed Montecchi terracotta in each room, even on the balconies (in order to create a natural extension of the interior), except the main bedrooms covered with fitted carpet. One bedroom is covered with fabric on the wall and on the doors of the walk-in closet, the other with checkered wallpaper (like that of the curtains). One is furnished with big mirrors, the other with enamel paint on the skirting of wall and roof. There are also big custom closets, with false ceilings, steps and lowered vaults which create movement and give a really personalized touch and style to the house.

Venetian stucco on the framed walls of the corridor and the salmon pink wallpaper give an iridescent shade to the atmosphere of the rooms, which is highlighted by modern elements and classicism.
